Monday and Tuesdays are going to be big work days for me. I have a 10 hours of class on Monday and I have to use my day off on Tuesday to catch up from a hellish day. A bright spot about this semester is that I am re-taking 2 courses so that I should be ready for a day like today.
I unfortunately got back on the smoking wagon but I did pack two healthy meals and nicorrette today so I should not have to much trouble getting through the day.
Tomorrow I am going to my first physio for my ankle so I can finally learn how to workout again tomorrow. I cant wait to start my training again. I want to keep eating healthy and working out so maybe I can go into my next rugby season as a back instead of a forward. I am about to send a message to my workout rival Nishad about how I am going to kick his ass fitness wise next time I see him.

Glimpses of light.
I have taken small but bold steps today I chronicled all the food I ate today. I also made progress studying for my actuarial exams, did a quiz for my MLC exam and I also review questions for a questionable FM exam I did not do so good on. I need to improve my questions on immunization, Remington Immunization, duration and convexity of securities. I have time to do a practice exam tomorrow.
With the food I put in for a goal that I would like to lose 2 pounds a week. That may seems bold but I am pumped up on adrenaline for a promising tomorrow. I have to go by a calorie counter app because I cant run with a sprained ankle and the gym does not open until Monday next week. According to the app my daily goal is 2050 cal for a day and 12 cups of water. I think I have the water down with the amount I drink a day but the calories are another story. I exceeded my daily allowance by 189+260 calories today so I will do my best to keep my calorie count down to under 1891-260... That will be tough.
With the old smoking habit, I smoked my last cigarette in the morning saying it was my last one. I was even tempted to buy more. I stood in line at a convenience store but I slapped myself in the face and walked out of the store before I could buy some. Instead I plan on taking a nicorrette before bed so I can sleep without any withdrawal symptoms I need a good night sleep before my first day of classes tomorrow.

First day fail.
I really fucked up missing chronicling the first day of my journey to improvement. But there is a sliver lining technically I wrote my first entry on the first of September, albeit it was at one in the morning, but I will not let that set me back. The things I would like to improve is that I did not study for any of my actuarial exams and I also have had two beers today. Some things I am proud of is that I went out for dinner with my parents at a pub and I had a nice sandwich with a salad instead of fries and a water instead of a beer. As for the smoking I have moved into a new house for university and I had a few cigarettes with my new housemates. We have a nice porch with a roof that is nice for smoking and I hope that does not encourage me for more. I have brought enough nicorrette to keep me off for a month, it just now comes down for me to just have one in place of a craving. I have two cigarettes left in my pack and I both want and don't want to buy another. We will see what happens.
My steps to improving myself tomorrow is to wake up nice and early preferably at around 7:30 and do a 2 hours of studying for my FM exam. I want to have nice healthy omelette segment and whole wheat toast for breakfast and a BLT for lunch. I need to go to school and get my bus pass and then go to nations for some groceries I forgot about.
I currently need to weigh myself but around my stomach currently measured 37 inches and hence 34 is my goal. I will try to take action and measure again in a week.
